Ok, I've been doing this for 4 days now and am now down 2.6 pounds! Now, I know this is not how it's always going to be, but it's a good enough start to motivate me to keep at it.
Want to let you know, I am using an APP that cost me $.99. Don't know if I can mention it here, but it it's similar to a popular weight loss program that have weekly meetings.
